We at inrupt just made https://github.com/inrupt/mashlib-dev public. It’s an internal repo we’ve used to setup the development environment to work on the current Solid data browser, aka mashlib.
We hope this can be of use to others who want to contribute to the data browser, and invite others to contribute with feature and pull requests
