Universal Expression Parser for semantic web

I thought about the way users can add relational data to the web in a easy, comprehensive way.
What about a Command-Line parser you could add easily to all of your web projects?
One feature of this parser would be, that every user can extend the set of understood relations.
For example: “/define user likes thingOrUser”
Then you could say: " I like Chinese Food" and this would be mapped to the RDF.
Is this useful?
Or am I on a wrong track?

The Say editor aims to do something like that, I think Say Editor - intellisense style RDFa annotation
