Saving password in Chrome?

I presume this is the best place for laymen to discuss bugs and features. Please correct me if that is not the case.

I created my Solid Community POD using Safari, which assigned a strong password and saved it to my Safari Preferences Passwords. Very nice!

When logging in with Google Chrome, the “Save Password?” dialogue box disappears too quick for me to save my password. Can that be fixed?

As for Microsoft Edge – I can’t even log in to my POD. Instead of a Login button I see a Loading … button that never finishes.

I guess the Chrome case is about how that browser stores passwords and alerts users. It seems to have changed in recent versions but that’s not really a Solid issue. I have read on the Gitter feed that other people are having problems with Edge.
