Solid IDE is a GUI front-end to Solid pods which supports file and folder management and a syntax highlighting text editor to edit your pod in real time. The latest version now supports uploading and downloading files, copying and moving entire folder trees, @bourgeoa transitioned the package to using the newest Solid File Client, which brings many new features.
You can use the online web app, or install the code repo somewhere that has nodejs and an HTTPD server (localhost will do).
