At the moment it’s not storing all the data as RDF, only the link created in the WebID profile document is made using the vocab referenced here, as a graph of type “https://w3id.org/cc#inbox”, but it’ll certainly store all the data in RDF format in the near future, just some exploratory work is pending in this regard yet to pick up the correct vocab and use it correctly.
