The Solid Together session, organized by Solid Practitioners, aims to highlight the various projects around the world that use Solid to serve the greater good in society.
If you are participating in such a project, we invite you to speak at our session. If you know of someone working on such a project, please spread the word. You may submit your contributions by sending an e-mail to the organizers listed on the session webpage.
There isn’t one. It is an offline conference, officially… there are no cameras provided, for example. If @nikoNG can set something up (since speakers are remoting in), I’ll let you know.
Hi @ewingson , I am afraid the event won’t be recorded. I am not even sure there will be microphones in the room. Let’s hope there will be a video projector at least.
About the idea coming from @CxRes that I would film it independantly, I am afraid all my means of production will be used to actively make the session a success. We have half of the particpatns presenting remotely, so I need to be near the stage with my phone and laptop to facilitate the connection. Maybe somebody else in the audience can film and broadcast.
I realize that many in the wider community were interested in these talks. Let’s plan to have them in the Solid Practitioners meetings where we can record them.
Your presentation opens a truly new vision for Solid.
For years it has been a protocol (10 years university graduate) and you are opening the windows to a local community user first.
Thanks for the fresh air. You are not alone but present a very structured view.
Could you share the slides ? I’m unable to think watching videos only.
