From about a week I found in uploading files of every dimension and type (but always under 65 MB), either in the public or in the private storage, the following error: ‘Error: Error: Web error: 413 on PUT of ’. Is that for now a general issue for the file manager platform or only mine? How can I solve? Thanks in advance.
Note to app devs - before naming your project, do a search in the Solid Resources Catalog to see if someone else has already used the name. If so, you can reach out to them to explore options for differentiating your packages and/or marking their project as archived if it is no longer maintained.
I’ve run into similar upload hangs before. It’s often worth double-checking the parent folder’s permissions (the .acl file). Sometimes the File Manager shows the ‘Upload’ button, but if the WebID doesn’t have explicit ‘Append’ or ‘Write’ access to that specific container, the request just fails silently or gets stuck. A quick check of the ‘Control’ settings on the folder usually clears it up.
