New data modules: bookmarks and chats

After contacts, I released two more rdflib-based data modules for Solid as part of the solid-data-modules initiative: bookmarks and 🗪 chats.

These modules are meant to help developers to build apps that want to incorporate chat or bookmark functionality, without the need of coping with low-level client-to-client standards.

The modules are not feature-complete yet, but should help with certain use-cases already. Feel free to file feature requests at the repo, or reach out if you want to contribute.
