Could we enable MP4 upload? Discourse can embed uploaded MP4 files just like images. When I try to upload an MP4 I get the following message:
I wanted to share a screen recording and wasn’t able to upload a 64KB MP4 and instead had to upload a 499KB GIF.
The concern is that people will upload huge videos, but it makes more sense to prevent that with file size instead of file type restrictions.
