I tried visiting shapetrees.org and it is apparently no longer available. I noticed an unanswered issue on their github repo, so I decided to ask here if anyone had any more information.
File an issue at GitHub - shapetrees/shapetrees.org: Repository for http://shapetrees.org/ static content.?

I was concerned of making a duplicate as someone else had posted shapetrees.org inaccessible · Issue #78 · shapetrees/specification · GitHub only two weeks ago, though I opened a new one in the specific repository you linked.
