Not a developer and it’s been some time since I checked in here, but I was just reading an interesting piece on the rise of Progressive Web Apps, and it made me wonder whether Solid could piggyback on Service Workers so that rather than just storing resources locally, the end user was given the option to point the script at their Solid data pod.
Maybe this is already the plan. I’m just always looking for interesting ways to piggyback on top of existing work and this seems like an area to explore.
