I think Solid is currently a set of standard, with a initial set of reference implementation.
Just like https://graphql.org/ is a standard, and there are lowlevel graphql.js and relay as the first framework to build app.
After one or two years, a truely useful framework apollo graphql comes out, make it very easy to develop API gateway based on GraphQL spec.
