Dear @MitziLaszlo, could you help me out and provide some details about how I can possibly become an Identity Provider? I’m interested in hosting the Solid stack, and want to provide a complete self-serving environment.
Providing identities and storage are two independent services, but as @MitziLaszlo mentionned, Node Solid Server is a software suite that implements both. The structure of WebIDs created by NSS (as subdomains) requires that you get a wildcart cert for your service, but it’s all explained in the NSS documentation.
You might also want to get in touch with the authentication panel and/or the identity panel, because beyond the technical aspects, there are also other commitments involved that you might be interested in.
I deployed my own instance of NSS on AWS EC2 but I can’t register any account.
What I’d like to know is whether deployed NSS instance supports Solid features like authorize, register and login.
I can’t login password.
