I have released a tool to load full Solid Profiles - https://jeff-zucker.github.io/solid-load-profile/, including all extended profile documents and type indexes. An online app provides a summary of publicly available Solid Profiles, listing the predicates, issuers, and type registrations and counting the frequency of each. It also lets you view your own Profile as summarized by the library and helps you spot any problems. Enjoy!
