Retrieve WebID by account/password from CSS

I cannot find a way to retrieve my existing WebID by registered account/password from myself hosted CSS. Is it possible to do this? Thanks.

I just found out that WebID can be retrieved by account/password through SolidOS app. This is a way to solve the problem. I still wonder if WebID can be retrieved by account/password from CSS itself?
