# The GDPR’s biggest fail

The thing is, now that the GDPR exists, most of these websites are illegal. That seems like progress to me.

The next time someone kills someone else, will we get blog posts about why anti-murder laws are failing?

There’s also been some thought into a new ePrivacy legislation back then, but I haven’t kept up with it.
