Is Solid primarily a privacy platform or an app platform

And I should add that I think using a ‘Based on Solid’ app should feel no different to any existing app. The complexities, benefits etc will be hidden to the user. However if they go to their POD provider they should be able to see their PODs, manage the sharing of that data and link to the apps to see what data (photos, chats etc) that app is creating.
