Ideas for my new application

I have the idea for a personal vehicle management application or vehicle manager for car rental units. This application will be able to monitor, notify the vehicle’s operation, notify the vehicle’s system check when the vehicle has problems, signaling the durability of the details on the vehicle. I know it is difficult to do this, but I have my first test step. If you have any additional ideas on this issue, please suggest me a bit more. Thank you.
